A study was recently completed testing the caloric burn and muscle activity of men and women while working out on Nexersys and the results are no surprise.

“An impressive Fast Fists by Nexersys peak caloric expenditure of 1512 was documented in this study evidencing that up to 1512 kcal per hour is possible!”. What is also impressive is that “ALL 15 test subjects resulted in a 3 times higher documented burn rate.”

Not only did the report prove that Nexersys burns significantly more calories than a traditional treadmill workout, but it also proved that muscle activity was 3 times more than a treadmill as well, specifically more abdominal muscle activity.

  7. Return request must be made in writing or email and received by Nexersys within 30 days after the original delivery date. Returned units must arrive at the designated Nexersys facility within 45 days after the original delivery date. Nexersys is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original payment method only.
