Fitness Equipment From Nexersys

We can target a new group of members with it.  We serve a lot of families and tend to miss that 18-25 year old market.  The Nexersys has been great for them.  I emailed our members to tell them about it and set up appointments to do one-on-one trainings, As time went on we decided to incorporate it into our circuit classes.  People like it because it’s different and it’s a great workout.  With the new software we are doing another push to get people to register and track their progress. Another group, and this is kind of funny, is the after school kids.  There are a few kids that are constantly getting into trouble and driving the staff insane.  I’ve been taking them in the afternoon for about 30 minutes to use the Nexersys to blow off steam.  They LOVE it!!!!  The staff is grateful as well.

Nexersys truly is fun for the entire family. My son, daughter-in-law and grandkids all had a great experience. My son is buying his very own now. My weight is down, but more importantly so is my blood pressure.

Nexersys was a lot more than I expected! As a runner of marathons for 30 years I first thought it was just a gimmick. I was pretty impressed when I did a workout today!! As a matter of fact, I may do it again tonight! I have a 51-year-old doing the pushup/punch combos that loved it. Neatest thing I've seen in my 30 years. I think we may sell a few. Our fitness director put together a 45-minute workout on the Nexersys. We believe Nexersys has contributed to an increase of 8% in sales and 19% in new members.

Having the Nexersys on campus has gone over great! The students have seen it on TV, on YouTube and in the magazines and are ready to make it a regular part of their fitness routine. We are super happy with our Nexersys and I expect we’ll have to get another one.

I have trained with some of the worlds best coaches. This machine is AWESOME. I get the best of both worlds. It increases your agilaty, power, and cardio. The cardio segment really works the hard to reach muscles and the abdominal routine is insane. I have yet to find a better machine or excersise to do high Intensity Interval Training on. This machine is everything it says it is and more.

We recently purchased the Nexersys here at Work Zone Fitness, and it instantly became a hit. The Nexersys is an amazing way to get a great workout in as little as 4 min. The Nexersys programs will challenge you at any fitness level, whether you’re in once a week or an avid gym rat.

Just wanted to let you know that I Love the Nexersys. If anyone has an excuse not to exercise they need to talk to me. No excuses! I was diagnosed with Stage IV Breast Cancer 3 years ago. The cancer has spread to my bones...spine, hip, sacrum. My disease is terminal, but I won't let it get me down. It feels great working out and I can feel my body getting stronger. I can't use it everyday because I need to 'rest' the next day and I am still having issues from my surgery, but it makes exercise fun.
