I am rarely inspired to write a product review, my positive experience with my Ncommercial has inspired me to write this review. During the past year it has been difficult to get to the gym and spar with my normal partners. Having my Ncommercial in my home gym has allowed me to keep my boxing and sparring skills at an acceptable level. I typically alternate days of workout. M W F are lifting and running days, T Th Sat are Peloton and Nexersys days. I typically bike a grueling 30 min and then follow that with a 30 min Ncommercial routine. My fitness level is high and I partially attribute that to the variety in movement that the Ncommercial offers. Alternating programs with the Ncommercial and speed bag has kept my hand and movement skills in good order. The actual Ncommercial is much stronger and durable than other machines that I have worked with. Now that the Ncommercial is part of my fitness routine, I have achieved levels of fitness that I didn't think were possible. Now I do all of my boxing workouts at home and have saved significant time during my busy week. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking to achieve a higher level of fitness.

Making cardio fun

I've always been into weightlifting (bodybuilding and then powerlifting); however, one thing that I've always hated about my fitness routine was having to do cardio. There's nothing worse than getting on a treadmill or elliptical machine and staring at the wall for 30+ minutes. All of that changed, though, once I purchased the N3 Commercial machine. I never thought that I would find myself not only easily completing my required cardio on a weekly basis but looking forward to doing it! The combination of kickboxing, HIIT intervals, and abdominal training has really helped me burn away the fat, while even helping to build some additional muscle and endurance. I highly recommend Nexersys to anyone interested in getting or staying in shape--especially if you find yourself dreading that aspect of your program using other, more traditional methods.

This intervention has been an adjunct to therapy programs allowing the clinician and patient /client a variety programs that challenge every person.
