Beginner rounds focus on proper strike technique while advanced rounds focus on speed and agility.
The on-screen trainer starts you off with proper stance – the locked and loaded position – and walks you through proper striking technique. The virtual trainer demands speed and accuracy just as any real personal trainer or sparring partner would require from you in the gym.
The main idea with Nexersys training is PROGRESSION. Nexersys strike training is designed to offer a challenging circuit training workout. Users progress through the challenging strike training routines and finish with accomplished goals of: increasing speed, agility, strength, and reaction time.
Example Strikes Include:
Beginning: Jab-cross, lead dig, power dig, lead body, power body, lead kick, power kick and a variety of heart-pumping combinations.
Intermediate: Lead hook, power hook, lead knee, power knee, power elbow, power sweep and burn it out combinations.
Advanced: Combinations sure to challenge the toughest athlete. Cross-lead hook, cross-lead knee, jab-cross-power kick, and body burning waterfall rounds.
